Every session has a purpose.
You always know what you're doing, why you're doing it, and how it gets you closer to the finish line.

About me
A coach who races too.
I'm Sander – a triathlete and World Triathlon Level 1 Coach. I coach age-group triathletes one-to-one.
My background is in football, running and the gym. I came to triathlon at 30 – at first I just wanted to finish one race, but the sport pulled me in. Since then I've completed several middle-distance races and plenty of shorter races in Estonia. Middle distance is my favourite: a high tempo, but it takes a lot of endurance.
As a coach, I pass on what I've learned over the years. I help you reach your goals and support you so you can go into every session and race with confidence.
- What
- Every session starts with a clear objective.
- Why
- You know what each session gives you.
- How
- Clear, concrete guidance.
What athletes say.
Trust the process and stay consistent!
Working with Sander has been a very pleasant and positive experience from the very start! Some sessions have been properly challenging, but the progress and results are visible. Although I had no previous sports background, thanks to Sander's good advice and adjusting the training plans when needed, I haven't had any sports injuries. I value the regular feedback and that the training plan can be changed flexibly when needed.
Two positive seasons behind me, and now preparing for the next one with Sander, full of new plans and ideas.
Solid support all the way.
I've been working with Sander for almost a year, and throughout that time he has been a steady support on my journey. Although Sander is at the start of his coaching career, he combines theoretical knowledge with practical skills from his own experience. I really value his supportive attitude and his ability to apply his knowledge in training.
More than just finishing.
I did my first full distance on my own, but for the half distance I wanted more than just reaching the finish line. With Sander's help my training became much more focused, which got me to the time goal I'd set myself – and I enjoyed the whole race much more!
